Go back over that which has caused you to be angry. Some believe it’s best to let it go, think of something else. If you have a bad heart, yes. Maybe, try to think of a peaceful grove with a quiet pond and a little frog and a little turtle swim near the surface at opposite ends of the shore. A bird softly calls from a tree nearby. If your heart is strong, it’s best to feel this. Let it run its course. If you don’t it’ll come back and bite you very soon. If you can keep it up on the screen, in all it’s fucked up glory, let it fire you up and keep making those wheels clean.

Go through the reasons that caused the actions, that made you first realize how you were chiefly responsible for the reason you’re feeling this anger. It’s the expectations you made for something that was not yours to control. You aren’t in charge of anyone but you. You may have some belief that people will do things with your expectations in mind. You’re fooling yourself, though. Even things you are in a position to control are not always going to happen the way you see fit.

Did somebody not live their life the way you think they should? Keep cleaning those wheels. Keep going over this again and again until you start feeling some laughter about to seep through the saliva that is flying in all directions from your profanity laced ranting that is being heard by several neighbors. To which you could give a fuck. Stand up tall and face them directly and shout, “What!?!”. Then, continue.

When all four wheels are sweet looking start washing the bumpers. Anything, but don’t drive that car until you have started laughing. Work it on through and get it put where it belongs. In the place where things we can’t control go to die.

Today I almost had to burst out in anger and kick a guy’s a**.
But fortunately I did something else which made my day feel special.
I was taking a power nap in the 15 mins break at my university. Some fellow members were having fun pouring water on eachother. Some water droplets fell on me first time, every guys attention turned on me cuz I used to hurt anyone who disturbs me. But I saw them and thought they’re having a good time why to bother them.
For the second time a lot of water fell on my back as I was lying on the bench and sleeping.
Again, the whole call looked at me.

I stood up walked straight to the guy and told him let this be the last time.
Then I sat down and started to think what would have happened if I hurted the guy? What would have happened if I slapped that guy? Or else what would have happened if I pour a bottle full of water on him?
I’m damn sure that those guys don’t have the guts to face my anger. Whatever I might have done may do nothing but get me as well as to the principal’s room.

Sit idle . Think what could be the best solution for the scenario. Give time for your brain to process to situation. Think twice whether anger would be the solution.
