Some might question how uncomfortable shoes lead to stress- they can
refer this “Foot Reflexology Chart”. It clearly indicates-If you are feeling
pain/ strain/stress in your body then the relative points of your feet must
be in STRESS!!!

Earlier when I reached home after office, I had this immense pain in my feet due to poor quality and tight shoes(my shoe size is 10!) and that caused stress and I had to take power nap to charge myself.
So my after office hours used to be like- Turn on the AC, get some sleep, suddenly you woke up and its time for dinner, after that you think of watching Trending on Youtube or some movie and suddenly your eyes get sore and you feel asleep.

Stress is everyday issue associated to everybody’s mind. It is nicely defined by experts with selective technical words in various books and articles. All the definition of stress mentions feeling of tension, frustration, anger etc in the mind.

To make it simple, I express my opinion, in my own words on the subject.

When we read mind to know the current feeling about the present situation we are facing at any given time, if we notice presence of satisfaction feeling assume that the mind is not stressed.

Whereas, If we do not notice satisfaction (or a coolness) in the mind, the mind is under stress!

In practice, every stress begins with feeling of mild frustration ( may be over some mundane issue) this frustration stays in mind and further developed into a feeling of mild anger, state of continuous mild anger convert into a stressful mind. Under this condition the response of any mind is abnormal. Even highly wised, experience, learned and mature person can perform wrong under the extreme stress. The happiness, coolness and logic is clearly missing from the stressed mind.
Therefore it is important to control stress, If the stress is not checked or addressed at right time, it is converted into more complicated issues like anxiety, fear, restlessness and certainly affecting our mental, physical health and on our actions in hand. Continuously stressed mind is likely to enter into state of depression, which is a mental illness.

Depressed mind loose ability to focus, concentrate, thinking, logical reasoning and can not deliver best results in the given situation.
It is also true that body, mind, thoughts jointly perform their best to enter in to state of satisfaction from the state of uncertainty.
In every activity, while thoughts are converted into things, the mind undergoes emotional changes through out the process. This changes are of different patterns for outcomes which leads to success and failure. That is how we predict the results in advance during the process.
To achieve goals, correct level of stress on the mind is essential for successful results. Therefore, in order to manage correct level of stress, stress management is important.
it is always best to check the unwanted things at it’s roots, that is to control the mild frustration when it appears, we must act to control, when things are going in right direction, your mind will feel happy and enjoy the actions as well as outcome.

In your day to day activity, you face many situations to be addressed. In this process you find some issues easy, some problamatic to arrive at a solution.
The struggle to manage, find solutions to these issues is stress.
You should calmly and coolly analyse the problem in depth, think of the pros and cons, come to a conclusion. You have to implement the decision fairly.
You should develop interest in hobbies, to de- stress yourself.

Stress can be a few things, it can be feeling lots of pressure to do things, not having another time to do things, dealing with personal problems or those of others.
Stress management is a way to manage your stress in a way that is best for you, this could be breaking your problems down and taking them on or getting some help, their are lots of other options too.
