In recent times, mindful conversations have been drawn lines in comparison to meditation. This is probably owing to the fact that both these activities require being focused on one thing at a time. A mindful conversation requires being fully present with all your attention I the conversation, leaving aside all other thoughts and worries. The various benefits of mindful conversation include improving interpersonal relationships, bettering communication skills and being focused on the present.
