- Clear your mind: All of us have some basic value system and beliefs. They might change with time but the core of these values remains the same. Never get taken away by others’ beliefs and values. Cling onto to yours firmly.
- Listen to your inner voice: Mind is a tricky little thing. It sways to and fro in fractions of second. Be conscious of how you treat your own self in your mind and train your mind to be attracted to positive thoughts.
- Self Care: Self care is an important aspect of self love. Balanced diet, exercise, positive thinking, adequate rest, healthy social interactions are a few things that will provide you with optimum energy and pave way for self love.
- Set boundaries: Stay away from people you disrespect you and put you down. You deserve to be treated right and with honour. Stay in company of right and appreciative people who bring out the best in you.
